
Our President, founder and architect, Enrique Bardají Álvarez has conducted an interview for ProArquitectura:
"As indicated in all serious reports on the subject, in the coming years and following a trend that is already well established, humanity will increasingly settle in cities, abandoning the countryside. And yet these should not grow excessively by incorporating new territories into existing ones in order to reduce the great impact that mobility between housing and work in today's metropolises still has in terms of greenhouse gas emissions. Residential accommodation and new uses must be directed especially to the consolidated parts of the city, intelligently densifying these urban parts and taking advantage of this densification for energy improvement, universal accessibility and habitability. This requires new urban and general legislation and the development of a REHABILITATION INDUSTRY...".
