Last December 5 was held the extraordinary plenary session of the City of Madrid in which the last corrections of the new Mahon-Calderón Plan suggested by the Community of Madrid were approved, so that, on December 19, the green light was given to the Final Approval of the scope of the "New Mahou-Calderón" by the Governing Council after it has been approved by the regional commission of Urbanism. With this you can request the corresponding license for the demolition of the Vicente Calderón stadium. This new plan achieves a tighter buildability, an extension of endowments, more green areas and a continuity solution of Madrid Río. The study E. Bardají y Asociados have worked intensively, during the last year, in the Plan of Ordination of this project so important for the city of Madrid.
