We have won the contract from our client IBERDROLA for technical urban planning assistance in relation to the Partial Plan for Sector SUD-3 “Zurguén Arriba” of the General Urban Land-Use Plan (PGOU) for Aldeatejada (Salamanca), which must be amended to adapt it to the determinations of the General Plan.

The sector is in the south of the city centre and measures 10.4 Ha. In this area, IBERDROLA has a developed a plot for tertiary industry (Factoría de Software), built on before the completion of the urban planning process for the sector in accordance with the applicable urban planning regulations in Castile-Leon. IBERDROLA INMOBILIARIA owns various plots in the sector, with approximately 24% of the land.
