Although we did not win the contract for the Preliminary Design for 73 homes at El Rosón, we would like to take the opportunity to show the work we presented to our client AELCA, a company devoted to the development and integrated management of property projects. This project formed part of the SAREB’s tender process for the award of the El Rosón plot in Calle Ramón Rubial in Getafe, Madrid.

Proposal for 73 homes on ten top floors, 52 intermediate floors and 11 ground floors, plus garages and storerooms, on plot 1.2.1 measuring 1,608.00 m².
