In this case, the purpose of our work for SAREB is to draw up an Urban Planning Viability Study for the development of the sectors S-03 “Salomón” and S-04 “Mostrenca” for the General Urban Land-Use Plan for the municipality of Fuente el Saz de Jarama (Madrid), bearing in mind the conditioning factors for the urban planning process, the environment, infrastructures and the urban planning management for this development and the fact that it must be approached as an overall assessment of urban planning action.
