Urbana Perú, a client of Estudio Bardají in this South American country, has celebrated ten years as the international brand of the Colpatria construction company. During this period, it has carried out property projects on its own account and for third parties, always with the aim of providing construction solutions for the different segments in metropolitan Lima.

Together with our partners Abella & Perea Architects, we have designed Essenza Miraflores in Av. Arequipa, representing one of the biggest urban development changes in Lima. This avenue has become the main artery of the core of expansion of the city towards the south, nowadays connecting the Miraflores district with strategic points of the capital. Due to its excellent location, shopping and leisure centres have become established in this area.  The project has 65 apartments with 1, 2 and 3 ambiences with areas from 90 m², distributed over 12 floors. It has an original, innovative approach in terms of distribution and finishes.
