The Special Urban Development Plan prepared for our client Moguerza Construcciones was finally approved at the full meeting of Madrid City Council held on 28 June. It covers an expansion of car parking in the building at 41 Calle Juan Bravo in the Salamanca district of Madrid. Covering a total area of 1,936.52 m², this special plan proposes the amendment of the building protection conditions, considering that the roof structure, facade and external spiral staircase require particular measures.
