The latest proposal for Operation MAHOU-CALDERÓN has been presented at Madrid City Council. Last February in a restricted tender process called by MAHOU, SA and CLUB ATLÉTICO DE MADRID, SAD, we were awarded the contract for the provision of integrated technical, urban planning and legal services in relation to the urban planning process in the MAHOU-CALDERÓN area of action.

This project includes strategic analysis of the area and the organisational alternatives, as well as the drafting of any specific amendment to the Madrid General Land-Use Plan and management and legal/urban planning advice to the Management Committee or Owners’ Association and subsequent Compensation Board.

What is known as “Operation Mahou-Calderón” is one of the most important urban development actions for the city of Madrid, both because of the possibility of continuing the Río Park and because of the extension of an urban area to complete this section of Arganzuela.
