Sales of the Essenza residential complex, which we are developing in Lima (Peru) together with our local partners Abella y Perea Arquitectos, began before Christmas.

The project is in Avenida de Arequipa in the exclusive Miraflores district. Our client Urbana is carrying out considerable activity, which we are supporting with various soil studies and analysis of the architectural product. The 12-story building covering 13,562 m² has a community area on the ground floor and roof, as well as an internal courtyard where a vertical garden will be developed.
