Beatriz Lobón Cerviá, Coordinator General of the Urban Planning Office of Madrid City Council, and urban architect Enrique Bardají Álvarez. Julio Vinuesa Angulo, Professor of Human Geography at the Autonomous University of Madrid, moderated the session.
