The Urban Development Area has launched a crash plan that will immediately unlock more than 2,000 files and, in the medium term, 32,000. Within this plan, a pioneering system in the Mahou-Calderón operation will be tested, which will allow the first license to be obtained in a month and work to begin this summer.
All this is framed within the five lines of work that the city council is going to adopt to give a quick response to the current situation and to help the recovery of Madrid.
- Processing of urban planning licenses
- Incentives and legal certainty
- Incentives for rent and new construction
- Digital transformation
- Processing, planning and urban management
