The project for a new Unique Judicial Building has been presented, grouping the five current judicial offices in Torrejón de Ardoz. The building is designed to meet the standards of sustainability, energy efficiency and environmental to be considered "Almost zero energy building" and according to the Ministry of Justice, the building has been designed following "a modern judicial architecture, prioritizing the rationality in the distribution and with a functional and dotacional design that allows to assure the libertas and the physical and psychic integrity of the victims and their relatives ". Competition won in UTE with Valladares Ingeniera, S.L.
