We are taking the direction of the rehabilitation works of the building located at 63 Ayala Street in Madrid. The building destined to housing will be executed in an integral way, including with the total equipment of the houses, whose interior design has been developed by Mafalda Muños and Gonzalo Machado.
The complete development has allowed that the works of architecture, structure and facilities management executed by Bardaji Arquitectos are coordinated with the design of interior design in all its details to optimize the plastic and spatial qualities of such a singular building in the Salamanca district of Madrid.
