The winner of the contest for the remodeling of Colón Building 1, located in the Madrid plaza of the same name, has been revealed. The current property of the building, CBRE Global Investors, invited us to participate in this contest that has been awarded to the British architect Norman Foster.
In our proposal, "your showcase to the world", we designed a symbol that was part of the city even more, respecting its history, we built with the sustainable, we supported the new technologies and we bet on the versatile space.
